摘要:随着公安各部门对地理信息的深入应用,在公安的各层级各部门对基于地理信息的警力管理要求也越来越高,如何简单、高效的实现这些功能,使各级用户方便、灵活、高效的管理警用设备显得尤为重要。本项目通过详细的需求分析,设计研发了基于GIS的警力态势管理系统。本系统采用JavaEE项目三层技术架构,数据层采用JDBC连接Oracle数据库的方式,服务层采用Servlet技术统一处理响应用户的WEB请求,并采用Java Socket消息接收技术实现对EzMatics转发过来的实时定位消息进行对接,展现层采用Ajax、HTML、JavaScript、CSS、JSP、ArcGIS等WEB页面技术呈现用户界面,同时采用java applet技术将接收到的定位消息实时推送到用户界面中。系统主要实现用户管理、设备管理、消息对接和功能展示四大功能模块。满足了对警用设备管理的基本需求。本项目在建设过程中,通过调研对系统进行了需求分析,对系统的各个功能模块进行设计。系统研发完成后对系统所有功能模块进行了测试,测试的各项指标均通过。最后对本项目进行了总结分析,指出了系统不足,并希望在以后研究中完善。

Abstract:With the further application of public security departments of geographic information, at all levels of public security departments of the police geographic information management are increasingly high requirements on how to achieve these functions is simple and efficient, so that users at all levels of police equipment management is convenient, flexible and efficient, it is particularly important. This project has designed and developed a police force situation management system based on GIS through detailed requirement analysis. This system adopts JavaEE three layer architecture project, data layer uses JDBC to connect Oracle database, service layer using Servlet technology unified treatment in response to user's WEB request, and use the Java Socket message receiving technology of docking real-time positioning EzMatics message to come forward, the presentation layer using Ajax, HTML, JavaScript, CSS, JSP ArcGIS and WEB page showing the user interface, and using java applet technology will receive real-time positioning messages pushed to the user interface. The system mainly implements four functional modules: user management, equipment management, message docking and functional display. The basic requirements for the management of police equipment are met. In the process of building the project, the system is analyzed and the system is designed by the analysis of the system. After the research and development of the system, all the functional modules of the system are tested, and all the indexes of the test are passed. Finally, a summary and analysis of the project is carried out, and the shortage of the system is pointed out, and it is hoped to be perfected in the future research.
